Providing a wide variety of services for several high-profile San Antonio events, Illusions started off strong at the NCAA Tip-Off Tail Gate at Civic Park, with top-of-the-class tents including double-decker structures and custom gable construction.
Our design specialists focused on styling tent interiors that combined the latest fashion trends with a big boost of comfort! Guests enjoyed the look and ease of sleek, contemporary bar areas, luxurious seating, and open-air views for pregame festivities.
The massive Fan Fest Experience at the Henry B. González Convention Center was a sensory treat with its custom décor and installations. Always a crowd favorite, fans were dazzled by a wide range of brand representation and experiential displays. Illusions also provided a variety of rental pieces for seating and dining as well as environment décor and convenience rentals – plus plenty of great photo ops for all attendees!
Other notable event efforts included branding, registration desk, and bar structures for the AT&T Hospitality Suite at Plaza San Antonio Hotel, as well as the NCAA Taste of the Tournament at Pearl Stable where we provided rentals for cocktail service, linens, several bars, and the catering tent.
